ADFs Board Member Meg Donevan was invited to speak at the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘅 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 hosted by Toronto Metropolitan University, Faculty of Community Services. Bringing together mental-health practitioners, child-welfare professionals, researchers, policymakers, law-enforcement experts, and survivors, the symposium sought to break down silos and spotlight the urgent need for a coordinated, interdisciplinary, trauma-informed response to child sex trafficking and online exploitation.
