The invasion by Russia on Ukraine has caused a massive response, and outrage, throughout the world.

Another Development Foundation invite citizens, organisations and movements to a talk on the war, and on the role for civil society movements working for peace, human rights and nonviolence.

The talk is organized as a panel discussion including representatives for 4 of the most well-known peace-, human rights- and nonviolence organisations in Sweden who also are affilitated to international networks; The East Group (Östgruppen), Swedish Peace & Arbitration Society, the Swedish section of Women´s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) and the Swedish section of Fellowship of Reconcilliation.

The dialogue will be facilitated by Ingvar Rönnbäck, Founder and Chair of the Board of Another Development Foundation

The event will be digital and take place March 17th, 6.30-8.00 p.m.

The talk will also be possible to listen to afterwards since it will be recorded.

The event is organized in collaboration with the study organisation Bilda and Umeå Association of International Affairs.
